YMCA Half Marathon

Start Time 12:30 p.m.

This is the 30th annual running of this event in the City of Peterborough, in support of the YMCA of Peterborough. Since 1989, the YMCA has put on this large community event.

The race is 21.1 km through the south end of Peterborough and out onto some County Roads, starting at 12:30 pm. The course has been designed to provide a challenge to both the serious and casual runner. The course has been certified by Peter Pimm. There will be aid stations along the route, and at the finish providing water and Gatorade. Bag Check and showers will be available at the YMCA.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female runners overall and in each age category (14 and under,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,55-59, 60 plus).

There will be no duplication of individual awards.
