Membership Cards
All YMCA members are required to carry their membership cards with them in the facility and to gain access into the change rooms. Carrying your membership card helps us in case of emergencies and using it to access change rooms helps maintain building security and the safety of members and their possessions.
Guest Passes
Each Adult Annual Membership will receive guest passes. These passes are available to introduce potential members to our YMCA. Guests must be accompanied by a member and bring photo id.
Membership Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require minimum 10 days written notice prior to your next payment. Please return membership card upon cancellation of Membership.
Program Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is requested, a cancellation form must be filled out at the sales desk. Credits can be issued for programs. If a refund is requested, a $10.00 administration fee will be applied. Please note that if a cancellation is requested after a program has started the amount of credit or refund will be prorated.

Member Etiquette
The YMCA is a shared experience for everyone to enjoy. Each of us can make it better for all by being considerate of others. YMCA members, volunteers and staff all pledge to treat one another with respect and dignity and to use our facility in a responsible manner.
Cell Phone/Camera Policy
The use of these items is prohibited in all change rooms, washrooms and program areas.
Child Age & Access Policies
Children under the age of 10 years, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 16 years or older who is inside the YMCA and aware of their child’s location at all times.
Children who are under the age of 7 must have a parent/guardian (16+ years) in the pool water with them should they wish to go swimming outside of a supervised program.
Youth must be 16 and older to fully access the Lifestyle Centre. Youth who are 10–12 years may take our Teen Beat program to use the cardio equipment in the Lifestyle Centre. Youth who are 12-15 may take our Teen Strength program to use weight machines.
Change Room Policies
The Family Change Room is to be used by parents with children or individuals who require assistance due to special circumstances. A parent/guardian must accompany their child at all times when using this change room.
The Membership Plus Change Rooms are to be used by individuals who are 18+ years.
Families
Look for the family friendly logo to identify programs that are geared especially for families wishing to enjoy the YMCA together.
Children who see parents exercise and exercise with them are more likely to grow up as active youth and adults.
